I placed an order with Jio Mart on *th August ****. It was a prepaid order worth Rs ****.
On **th August the website stated that the order has been delivered. But I have not received any order till date.
On **th August I placed a request to cancel my order and process my refund. I received a mail on **th August, **th August and **th August that my refund has been processed and I will receive it in the source account in *-* working days.
Today **nd August when I asked about the status of my refund the customer care people tell me that they do not know anything about that.
Also they have given me different complaint numbers - ********** and ********** for the same issue but they are just misleading with their false information.
I have all email conversations from Jio Mart where it is clearly mentioned that my refund has been processed.
But i have not received any refund from them till date.
I have been calling their customer support and mailing them from last ** days requesting them give my money back but there has been no solution to this.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
