We purchased phone from flipkart on **th September but it was overheating so we asked for replacement they said to contact the customer care number but it was not getting to the brands customer care so they gave replacement after that replacement phone it was not getting on only after complaining again tech person came after that it got on. Now also it is over heating they have provided another service center number but it is far of **km from our place so we are asking for refund they are postponing the dates
