On Feb * I have subscribed to the toppr online class application. But I haven't used it due to the network issues on our place here there is no network coverage. Therefore I asked for refund but they are saying that they can't give the money back . Isn't this unfair . Why should I have to pay for something that I haven't used. At first I have payed Rs **** has advance. And i should also pay rs ****-**** monthly has installment. Now I haved payed upto Rs *****-*****. We are now also responsible for paying the money as it will make financial negative records and affect our future agreements.

I got my refund. You guys have really helped me when I needed it the most! Thanks again for your help :-)
