C Chandra Obulaiah filed complaint against Toppr learning app on Dec 20, 2019
I was approached by your executive and was convinced to take the toppr’s app. I was told that after discount the amount I would be paying is around **K and the same can be paid through Bajaj Finance EMI Scheme (**/*) i.e. ****/- per month. I made a down payment of **K on **/**/****. As per the commitment , I was supposed to receive the tab kit within a week time of making the payment.
It’s almost ** days and still I have not received the tab kits . I have made numerous calls during this time and never I was not provided with any satisfactory response. Yesterday when I called up the customer care , they had informed me that due to my address verification pending ,the tab was not dispatched. I clearly informed that that my address verification was already done on **/**/****, but they are not accepting this stating that it is not updated in their records.
· Now this is a very pathetic and unprofessional response and behavior from toppr staff. Though address verification is done, the same is not updated in toppr records
· Secondly , if toppr system shows that address verification is pending till today , they why none of toppr staff has done it till now , i.e. even after ** days. What were you waiting for ? I had to call and remind them what's toppr tact ????
· Several calls were made previously also , then why no one had informed me then about this ?
· Many calls made by were not answered also ..And I am still trying to reach (since long back) but nobody is answering.

My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
