I had booked my air ticket through varafi.com on **.**.**** for Bangalore to Ranchi. and on the same day they had aborted my booking. For the last two month I am continuously following up for my refund but still I have not received any refund.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
