Flipkart - Not getting refund by the seller

I purchase Adidas Adiray men shoes. By chance, it was ordered * no. short size. I request to the seller to change * no. large size. But since **th April **** to *th May **** so many pick up courier boys came to pick the item but every time they can't pick up the product. I also did telephonic call to concerned seller company but they did not change or replace my product in those days. At last, I want to help from consumer court, Fatehabad to resolve my issue.
