Byjus exam preparation com - Not getting proper response

I was paid ****/ for my ctet exam preparation to byjus exam preparation.com on **th June . The next day morning had a argument with my mentor due to not guiding me with proper info and she continuously arguing with me and keep pointing towards my behaviour. I was so irritated towards her approach and decided to cancel and asked her to send mail id to cancel the service but didn't send. Despite all these I hav decided to continue my online classes on their app but due to lack of knowledge regarding classes And I keep calling their customer service and and chooses the option 'need to talk' to more about my classes still didn't received any return call. I requested them change my mentor but they denied. Very difficult to pursue studies under this kind of institution. They can't give guarantee for refund with out proper reason and not guiding me the refund process too by my mentor.
