Byjus exam preparation com - Byjus not giving refund

I got a call from Byjus adviser for CTET and Super TET * months course . I was interested in Danish Sir classes and the adviser confidently told me that you will sure get Danish sir class with other teachers. I paid them ****. ( invoice available) just after payment I came to know that Danish sir had left Byjus but the adviser didn’t tell me before payment that Danish sir is about to leave Byjus. In an hour I requested them for a refund because of their false promise via mail. But today after ** days there is no update from their side . I talked to customer support and they told me that I will get refund in **-** hours. But it’s now more than * days .I tried calling them and also mailed them but they are not responding. It’s a total fraud from Byjus . I am student and time is very important for me and they are wasting my time. I want my refund .
