Cityfurnish - Not getting my refund back

I saw an advertisement of cityfurnish I just moved in banglore for my study I thought of renting one study table for me I just saw it and order it then I got an another option for it so I cancelled my order since company claims to refund the money after cancellation but when I tried to contact them they tont even answer any calls or update us about the things I tried to contact them many times through the calls and emails I feel they are scamming costumer since then I am not able to get my refund back.
