Now-a-days internet has become one of the top priorities for living in modern society. For students, office workers it is like a blessing for getting information easier and faster. However in my case I am still not getting sufficient Internet speed to open even web pages faster. My town (Khowai, State-Tripura) is neglected and no resolution has been provided so far to improve the speed. My family is technically unable to use internet due to frequent drops in connection and poor speed. For past * months I am recharging ₹*** for * months which is giving me benefit of * GB/day data out of which I can barely use ***-*** MB. Sometimes I don't even bother to use it due to poor speed. Out of frustration I gave many complaints to customer service but they keep saying that they took feedback and will look at the issue. In * months I gave more than ** complaints regarding the issue as it became severe now. Before that, internet was, at least usable and random drops in connection seemed to offer for which many times complaint was given by me with no resolution. Now the situation is worse as I am not getting nowhere near of promised speed of *** Mbps. I talked with senior agents many times and they told me they are looking into the issue but as always no better results has been found. I started to take feedback from other users in my area and came to know they are also suffering from the issues but forced to recharge to avoid disconnection of call services. My previous phone is stuffed with complaints made to customer care with * positive outcome. I think it is my fundamental right to get the quality of service for which I am paying. Kindly look at the issue and show me path to resolve the problem.
