Time Publication - Not getting full salary

I applied for the home based handwriting job with the company The Time Publication I am very much disappointed with there working mode. I worked so hard but EOD I got **% salary instead of providing the full salary. They said firstly that per project wise salary will be Rs *****/- but I get only Rs ****/-.
