Time Publication - Didn t get paid for the work I have done

I got to know about Time Publication online. I thought that it's a good idea so texted them that too I got the number from their official website. I paid ₹*** for the registration fees and then on the *th day my parcel arrived. I worked hard for * days didn't even sleep properly and completed my writings and submitted it. I had to courier it for which I had to pay ₹***. They asked me for my tracking ID which I submitted. I saw that my parcel contains the hand written notes has reached the destination( the address that they provided). Now the problem is since I have done hard work I need my payment. For this reason I texted them about my payment and they are not responding. It has been ** hrs they are not responding. I texted another number from their website, that too not responding.
