Jio Giga Fiber - Not getting exact amount on bill statement

When ever i do recharge of **** rs whci is jio giga fiber Silver plan Jio is giving me statement of *** rs only. Fir these fault or corruption i have mailed them on their official mail, called many times but they just say .. sir xxx jagah check kijiye sir yyyy jagaha check kijiye. And not got proper resolution, I am using this since * year and all the bills are like that only, this company has corruption in bill.
