Crompton - Not getting any warrant related help

I am writing this to complain about my geyser which I purchased last year in november. But this year it is not working properly and their agents just came and reset it again and again. Worst customer service they have especially in my area enterprises named preet electronics karnal Haryana. Please help me to get my geyser fixed. They also forced us to built a water pressure which can only be built by purchasing water pressure pump that costs about **** rupees which i have already spend on it even after this they are not responding.
