Crompton - Crompton Pump not functioning properly

I had purchased a Crompton Pump *HP Mini Master I from a dealer in Santoshpur, Kolkata on **.**.****. Although it's a Self Priming Pump, Priming is required even if the pump is inoperational for * -* days. Technician from the Service Center needs to be summoned for priming. Plz look into the matter and replace the defective Pump.
