I place an order, and did the payment through upi phonepe and the payment is done from my side but on the app it was shown as my payment is under process . And now the orsder has been canceled but I didn't got any refund .
And it's been * days that I am trying to contact but I am not getting any help.
I was told by the customer that I will get my refund within ** -** hours . But nothing happend like that.
This is not the service that I was expecting from urbanic.
I WANT MY REFUND.
And also want the same discount that i was getting before.
