Shopkio.com - Not get refund against wrong product delivery

PURNIMA SEN filed complaint against Shopkio.com on Aug 26, 2018

I ordered a Saree to Shopkio (Order No : SS************) on **.**.**. But I received a different saree on **.**.**. On *th August I request for return and refund. On *th August Shopkio replied for sending photo of saree, Packing slip, mobile number and return reason. Same day I sent everything as per their instruction. But after that no response from their end after repeated email or phone calls. Totally waste of my money and not get a minimum response from them.
