shopkio.com - Fraudulent website shopkio

i ordered a saree through shopkio.com.when i purchased they said for prepaid order i will get Rs.***/- discount.i made a order worth Rs.****/-.i suppose to get *** discount they didnt reverse back even though they sent a damaged item.Moreover there is no contact number for customer care to solve the queries.Number which they are giving its a fake number.Govt has to take action against those kind of fake websites.My suggestion is govt has to give approval eventhough that approval number has to reflect in their webpage it makes trustworth with the people. If i call no one is not responding only interacting with mail.There are huge difference in their return policy.they sent a damage product.if i want to return back i have to spend money for courier charges moreover there is no authorisation for returning the goods.After receiving the product they didnt reply back means what can we do.I am doing shopping many other website.In that in website login page itself we can return the product.we can track itself.but here its worst service and cheating the people in shopkio website.
