I ordered Keyboard around *k on **nd and Flipkart promise delivery date as **rd July by ** PM but that got delayed and delivery moved to **th July .. Now today is **th July i.e over * days and there is no updated on when delivery will be made. Product is at flipkart Hub and NO CONTACT was made to customer or Flipkart team for this delay delivery, Flipkart just raise the incident which ETA moves but no action on delivery happen. Such a slowness and showing NO Care towards towards customer shows how flipkart delivery process is. They are failed to meet the delivery promise but seems like damn care about customer plan or emotion.
One of the worst and pathetic service seen where Incident raised just move date by date but never met the ETA deadline. IF you cant handle all the areas of Promotion , Request you kindly just dont bring to fool the customer. INC : IN********************
Kindly help me to get the compensation of this delay and if they are not manage the SALES which may be * reason given by then .. kindly do not fool the custoemer and play around his expectation .
