Jabong - Not Exchanging

Hi Team, I have placed a order (Roadster Mid Raise Blue jeans pant) from jabong on **rd dec **** and i received the product on **th dec ****, but the received pant size is larger than what i expect and hence i opted for the exchange next day **th Dec ****, now the date is ** January ****, still i didnt receive my product when i call customer care they are asking me to wait for ** hours even now (* complaints raised so far). When i ask them to cancel the product and return the money then also they are not cancelling it. I dont know what to do!!
