I have bought a shirt from your blackberry showroom in shimla on dated **.*.****.Just in one wear(that too was for * hours only) the threads of the fabric started to come out.I made the complaint to the showroom manager and he assured me the satisfactory service.They did some tailoring and some modifications in the threads and handed over the shirtto me.But again same problem persists in the first wear.
I again have to return the shirt and this time i received a return of my shirt with a lable that this is not a manufacturimg fault.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
