Blackberry - Blackberry worst services.

The BlackBerry keyone could have burst out until somebody had unplugged it from the electric switch. The product was overheated and came up with burnt odour in fast charging mode, Thank God I reached on time otherwise it could have burst out, I gave it to the service centre they collected it and it had gone for repair but no calls and messages where there from BlackBerry itself unless I had to run behind them, I was told and committed by the BlackBerry service executive after continuously calling them that the company will provide the replacement to a new smartphone but it failed to stand out on it's commitment. Now, after weeks the phone arrived and I visited the service centre and saw that it had not been replaced which it was supposed to be and neither had had changed the screen which BlackBerry claimed it to be Gorilla glass * and is scratch resistant . BlackBerry failed to provide services that could have been expected as after the service of the handset the back rubber panel had also been dismantled and not properly placed. And Nobody in BlackBerry is listening to my complaint and coming up with SORRY word. And even the head Senior Service manager is not ready to talk about it. My fault of choosing BlackBerry, I would definitely suggest people not to go for BlackBerry in future and even Today , the service is of worst quality and they will suck your time, money and come up with a big SORRY.
