Ekart and Flipkart - NOT DELVERING THE ORDER

i have placed an order in flipkart it was send to the ekart logistics i received the out for delvery from the ekart logisitcs but the delvery boy does not call to me and he was cancle my order with out intimation and i make a call to delvery boy he is speaking rudly and he is tealling i don't delver the order. i tell i will rasie a complaint against to you the delvery boy said anything you can do i will see you like that he is saying so i rasie a complaint against to the ekart logistics but there is no responce
not only this order so many orders not deleverdd to me i make so many complaints but there is no responce from the ekart logistics
