I had complaint to mivi on ** th june **** ,about not charging of mivi duo pods M** . So i sent the product back to them and they also confirm the replacement but now they are not delivering the product . The tracking they send to me it has been already cancelled by shiper here is the id (*************) on https://www.delhivery.com/ . Its already been ** days but issue is still not resolved .Whenever i contact them ,they only said to wait for ** hours , and when you again contact them after ** or ** hours ,they again told you to wait for ** hours.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
