I have ordered for customised curtains from Artful Home on **July,****. They have send me the invoice and demand for full payment in advance. I made a payment of Rs. ***** to him on the very same day through online payment. But till date he has not delivered the curtains and not even take the calls and not even responding to messages. in between if i call from another number hes says sir your order has been dispatched will update you soon. Pls help me.
