This company took a **% advance payment for bamboo blinds on ** October. They claimed it would take *-** days. Were initially very prompt and responsive. Around **th Oct, claimed items ready for dispatch. After that nothing. Do not respond to text or pick up phone, or claim they will follow up and update in a few minutes but never do. I then read their reviews on Mouth Shut and found this is their standard practice - take ** percent advance and disappear, fail to deliver goods. All experiences exactly echoed mine. They do not respond, lie or obfuscate if you manage to get through.
