Indian army transport parcel service - Not delivered

Dear sir I was seeing olx for bike and I saw a bike splendor which amount is *****rs then I chat with seller his name is sahil kumar indian army soldier he give me his number ********** and I call him. He talk to me and he give me his adhar and pan card. The date of that day is **/**/****.he said to me for send money to his paytm account for delivery **** rs. And I pay.he say to me your bike will reach * or * hours. Then his delivery man call me and pay again ****to gps on. Again I pay then he call me this transaction is wrong and say now you pay ****rs and I pay. I was waiting but delivery is not come. Next day he say to me the delivery boy was an accident and he is dead. That day he again to call me and say to me I delivere your bike you pay ****rs and I pay again. But bike not delivered then he call me at noon and say to me for gst pay *****but I pay only ****rs and he say to me remaining money he pay. **january I call him he said to me I can't delivered your bike your parcel is cancel then I say you refund my money then he say **** you pay then your money refunded. And I have not pay.
