Pepperfry furniture - Not delivered order or not refunded

I ordered two items
*) Boom High Back Ergonomic Chair in Black Colour by Emperor * No
*) Max High Back Ergonomic Chair in Black Colour by SGS Industries * No.
by paying Rs. *****/- on the full advance on **/**/****. I ordered these materials to start my own office, pepperfry cheated me like anything. Till today did not deliver the materials or not refund the amount. Initially, they told not possible to refund and told so many stories like transit, under quality check, out for delivery etc. After repeated callings told that material out for delivery on **th July ** but tried to deliver one chair with both sides fitted with right side handle when checked and told they took back and informed us of giving new one. Till today no refund or no material very bad. I started my office without chairs. Its sheer nonsense to take any furniture from this online company. Their behaviour is also very rude. They said you can do whatever you want our policy says this.
