Ordered flower delivery from floraex on **/**/****. That guy never delivered it, when called he informed us the delivery location is remote and he cannot deliver it. We asked for refund and he told he will process it the same or next day. But later he never called and blocked all our numbers.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
