i ordered online cake and i asked that will it be delivered in * hours and they said yes on online help section floraex.com
it was not delivered so next day i asked them to change the delivery time and they assured me it will be delivered in the morning on **th,
i got frustrated when this morning i am trying to reach them and it is of no consequences, they are not replying online, the helpine no. given is switched off!
