Mi Tv - Not deliverd it’s more than 20days yet

i purchased an item(Mi Tv *Apro ** inch)from mi. com and it's been more than **days and not yet delivered . I contacted the customer service serveral times but their is no proper response at all. I enquired several ways to come over the issue but not found any. On January *, they promised to resolve all the issues within * days, also they provided me with a new order and tracking id. But the situation is the same without any progress. When I checked the status of my item, it’s been dispatched on January * but the item is still in the seller city. Old order no:******************
