Todays I registered to buying a broadband connection in Airtel portal. After sometime I received a massage from Airtel In which the name of the agent pankaj and the mobile number *********** were written.I asked him everything about this plane and he Assured with me that he will activate this plane after * hours. Because tomorrow I have to go out of station for some urgent work. That's why today I had to get the urgent activated and they said hundred percent that it will be activated today.But they have deducted the payment from me and now they are not even receiving the phone.He has cheated me so I want to complain against him. So please take action in this otherwise I will have to resort to social media against Airtel company.
