HI,
I have made a payment of Rs ****/- through the cred app to my HDFC credit card **** on Nov *nd but the payment was never credited to my credit card, upon reaching cred customer service they gave me URT number - ************ and asked to speak to the bank, so I contacted HDFC bank they are saying they never received ****/- payment from this UTR nor to my credit card but the amount is deducted from my bank account to CRED so I reached back to CRED saying the bank is clearly saying they have never received payment, now CRED is asking me to take written statement form bank but the bank is not responding to my mail now as a consumer I lost my ****/- as well charged ****/- as late payment charges form bank, when i paid to CRED why they are not tracking the Amount and taking the case from their side
