Bharti Airtel Limited - Not changing my Airtel Black Plan to 699

Sir, I am a Airtel Black Customer. And currently my Airtel Black plan is Rs **** + **% GST per month. I want to downgrade this plan to Airtel Black Rs *** + **% GST per month. More than ** days has completed to this issue but plan not changed yet. In these ** days I contacted Airtel customer care in *** almost ** times and I also contacted my state Appellate Authority through their email appellate.jk@airtel.com almost * times, but still issue not solved. Then I launched complaint against Airtel in Ministry of Telecommunications through online CPGRAMS portal and also in consumer helpline online portal but still issue not solved. So now legal notice and consumer forum case is the last option. And now I also demand Rs ***** as compensation for mental harassment I faced in these ** days. And change my plan to *** as soon as possible.
