Byjos - Not Cancelling the program

A person named Hemraj called me in March **** and asked me to join the Byjus class for my son Abel Richard. But he dint informed me about exist the program on certain days time. i saw my son not adaptable for the classes conduct by byjus. i asked him he is not interested in attending class. So i asked the person Hemraj to cancel the byjus class at the time i paid Rs.**** as advance and first EMI Amount Rs. ****. So they said its not possible to cancel call Customer care no. i called they said its not possible. and i approach bank and said to cancel these EMI option. they said its not possible once we get an acknowledgement then only can able to cancel. So I argued many times with hemraj and customer care but they keep on telling the same thing. but they are not cancelling the programme. I told them plz keep your Tab and books even you keep the money which you already collected plz stop this EMI which is unwanted for us. But they are not ready to cancel it, we feel very sad these company is looting our money . plz i need answer
