FURLENCO - Not attending the service request and wrongly charging rent for Single bed by Furlenco

I had placed an order in Furlenco on providing Single coat bed in rental service through their app on **.**.****. They had delivered a wrong product and they couldn't install the same at our home. Complaint was registered via customer care. Despite of continuous follow ups they are not installing the product and wrongly I am charged rental amount without product being assembled..
