Teleperformance Mohali - Not Assuring a Job guarantee

Hello my name is Prasanta Hazarika. Recently ,one and a half month ago I got recruited from Shillong, Meghalaya for chat process in Tele performance Mohali. I was happy and delighted by getting selected for the role. As I am the smallest one in my family my brothers didn't allowed me for the first time, because I was new to go outside. Somehow I convinced my brothers and I reached Mohali, Punjab. As the first day I got excited because new place, new people and new job. But soon the tables got upside down, and we were not ready for the news. We all got dismissed from our former process of Dyson as the client couldn't afford to pay all of us. My question is, "If they couldn't pay us why would they call us so early to joined the process"? I have to leave my home like that for this. Such actions were not expected, especially for us who travelled miles from our native home for the hope of this job. They even interviewed us for another process but only * or * were selected hardly and that for to the voice process, not for chat process which we were hired for. I don't know about any others who are recently hired in this company, and I feel bad if those candidates get fired for such silly reasons. The HR department even sent us the mail for our notice period till *th of April **** with only one month salary. I was not expecting such kind of politics from a reputed company like TP. I would request the higher authority to please look after this and return our respected joba with full dignity. And please look after those who is behind these politics and take strict action against them.
