Teleperformance Mohali - interview travelling including hotel charges for 3 day stay

*. you are not selected because you switched multiple companies in short interval. if this was is a valid reason why they don't make this clear to me when resume submitted before interview resume analysis by H.R. they are clearing this issue on *rd day. such things should be cleared before calling for interview when you select candite not in the middle of interview. Poor pre job analysis before calling. H.R DO Post job analysis then offer interview not in the middle of interview after *rd day of interview process.
*. talent acquisition manager take interview daily it means in Teleperformance Mohali hire and fire on daily basis. daily hiring means daily someone leaving job and full filling human recourse requirement to run particular process. it,s not that you take interview only one time in yr and give permanent jobs.

MY profile was B.tech +m.b.a with * plus years exp. on floor fresher,semiskilled,unskilled, *-month experienced person hired. how recruitment team is assured that these hired tannates will not leavein upcoming * month and no interview will happen on daily basis. one batch come and another go. So this is not a vlaid reason in a bpo weather it,s a internation process that you switched multiple companies for rejection. even when you hire and fire on daily basis and one batch,come and go.
*. expect my profile being experiencec they were not assured that i will do job for long time as per my past records.
*. what how they become confident about fresher ,unskilled,* month experienced persons ,hire and fire happens on daily basis there recruitment process in ** in to * ,*** days. so it proves they dont offer life time jobs.
