Myntra - Not arranging return

On **th May I received my Myntra package. I ordered Claura tights. The same day I raised the return request. On **st May the delivery agent refused its pick up saying that the product has no tag. The tag was never there. I raised a complaint on Myntra helpline and I was assured that I will get an email response by *th June. * June came and gone but no response. I called them up again they said to wait for another ** hours. Next ** hours also went no reply. I called them up again. They said the standard sentence wait for ** hours. Again no response. On Wednesday I was told on call that the request has been declined. I asked on what grounds I was told I don’t know the details. I said to reopen the complaint. The complaint reopened and I told to wait for **-** hours. Next ** hours went and I called them again since I heard nothing back from them. I was asked to wait for another ** hours. Friday came. I asked them to connect my call to their supervisor I got the reply that they are not available and will get a call back in ** hours. Nothing happened. I called them again spoke to their escalation manager Anita and she assured you will get a call in ** hours on resolution yet nothing happened. I posted on social media and the standard reply came to wait for ** hours. It’s been ** days I am calling Myntra daily but all they have to say is wait for ** hours. I have been shopping with them since ****. I am not a customer who would wear stuff for * hours and raise a return request.
