I, Ms Paramjit Kaur went to Canada on *st Sept'** and was to return from there on **nd Oct'**. But when I reached at Torronto Airport on **nd Oct'**, I was not allowed to board the flight sighting reason that my ticket has been cancelled, though I had not cancelled it. I had to purchase another ticket @ cost of **,***/- for different flight for return. Ticket was booked from Make my trip. Complaint was made to Make my trip, but they closed the complaint without contacting me.
