My father is admitted in Hospital where he was treated under tpa policy. I asked them to allow me to purchase the medicine from outside the hospital but they denied. They said if you were a cash payable we would have applied but as per government and Delhi health minister hospital can't force us to buy the medicine from inside pharmacy. Below is the link.
