Subject: Complaint Regarding Non-Refund of Admission Fees for Diploma in Radiology
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding the non-refund of admission fees paid to Max Hospital, Lucknow, for the Diploma in Radiology program.
On** april ****, I was granted admission to the Diploma in Radiology course at your institution. I paid an amount of ₹[*****] via [insert payment method bank transfer, and received confirmation of admission. However, due to unforeseen circumstances, I was unable to join the course and submitted a formal request for a refund **th august ****,
Despite multiple follow-ups via email, phone calls, I have not received any refund or written response from your office. This lack of action constitutes a deficiency in service under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.
I respectfully request the following:
- A full refund of the admission fees paid
- A written explanation for the delay or denial
- Compensation for the inconvenience caused, if applicable
