This mail is to bring to your notice that I have received * pair of sherrif shoes on ** of December. Immediately after receiving a package I tried to generate a return request, but I was unable to. I had a word with myntra executive regarding this then he said he'll generate the return on my behalf,I also informed him regarding the missing price tag on both pairs of shoes. I told them the tag and barcode is only on the box, not on shoes. I did so because I didn't want any issues while returning it. After * days I received a mail that your complaint has declined. I want to ask the senior person or the head of your department that u people said your part that it has been checked from your side but whom should I inform that I am also right on my part. Secondly I informed within half and hour of receiving the product. Can I wear and use them with in this much small span of time. Third why you people denied for the pics when I was ready to send you. Fourth your no question asked policy is gone now and last these shoes are useless for me since I m having fit issue with them. Please do the needful ASAP.
