I ordered a pink and yellow salwar of order number VT************ on March *th, **** from vastrova.com (GSTIN:**AAFCD****K*Z*). I got it delivered on March **th ****. I paid cash on delivery. But the product is not yet all looking good and quality is very cheap and is very transparent to wear. That was completely different from the photos that uploaded on the vastrova website. I was completely dissatisfied with the quality of the product. So I requested them for the return of product and money refund. But they are not at all responding well saying that they will accept the product only if it is damaged.B ut their return policy in the site says that
"We always put our most sincere efforts in providing best quality products to our customers. Yet if in any case if you still want to return the products due to unsatisfaction, then you can mail us at care.vastrova@gmail.com and our return related customer service team will assist you with a return query. "
I was very dissatisfied with the quality of the product. So I was requesting you to file a case against vastrova and let them accept my return and refund.
