Zipker.com - Not accepting return request and no refund

I ordered a product from zipker on **th and it got delivered on **th. But when I opened the packet the product did not meet my expectation. The product quality was so cheap that immediately I requested for return. They sent me an email about ticket and said our representative will contact you within ** hrs. Its been two days and no response yet. I have been trying to contact them everywhere on email and phone numbers but they are not responding. As if they want to refund my money. I sent and email on both the ids they have provided but they don't care about responding. I want my refund.I am a student and even *** is much for me. Such a pathetic service they provide and steal our money.
