Flipkart - Not accepting return

Voxya Team pls help me with this issue with flipkart

I ordered * HRX tshirt one on *nd and other on *th september respectively and product was delivered to me on *th and **th September respectively .

Actually both tshirt was grey colour whose price was *** and M size was ordered and other tshirt price was *** and L size .

So i tried to return the product as one product was fitting smaller to me and other was fitting larger to me but flipkart rejected my return request and i tried raising it *-* times but they cancelled all the time saying that "we have confirmed the delivery with our courier partner and it was delivered "

So i tried calking everyday since last * days and they r telling that we will provide resolution and no resolution has been provided to me .

As per the Return Policy of Flipkart my issue also comes within its return policy and the flipkart is neither providing refund nor replacement as i want refund bcoz any size is not fitting me.

So i m uploading some of the relevant photos also and i m contacting flipkart everyday for ** mins but my time is wasted and no resolution is provided.

And they r telling me to give verification id proof and i have sent them Digilocker certified copy and they again rejected it saying that it is not valid


So i request voxya team to look into this issue and help me with the issue and take some steps by sending legal notice or anything that voxya finds suitable to do in this situation.
