I ordered a pigeon mop on the **th Sep and the delivery date was given on the *nd Oct but delivered on the *th Oct. Now when I opened the package what I saw was a broken item. I raised the return request with an image of a broken item. Now * days has been passed but my return is not accepted yet. Whenever I reach your support team they ask me to wait for **hr.
