I received faulty mobile from zooker on **th Nov. The mobile was completely different from the mobile shown on website. Zooker is a cheap online shopping mall. In spite of many request to zooker they refused to accept return/replace the mobile or refund my hard earned money. I am attaching both photographs of what shown to me online and what I get. The zooker does not have workable email id to answer complaints. You only have to rely on the extremely busy phone line. Never try zooker or take chance on its product. Zooker is extremely active on social media Ad with catchy images of products. Beware its a fake company.
I am very pleased with Voxya. They helped me resolve my issue without much hassle. Very impressed and satisfied.
