Zooker.com - local and not working Power bank was delivered

i booked a MI brand Powerbank. they asked me to pay through Paytm. i paid them ***Rs when item was delivered it was some local samsung brand used to sell on railway stations. it is not been used a single day. i continuously tried to call mail and comment on fb but they responded to none. i have seen so many complaints against Zooker but no solution they are touts and frauds should be punished and penalised.
