Xiomi India - Not accept mobile repairing in warranty

I bought "xiomi" company mobile Redmi *A Grey **gb, in the shopping site "FLIPKART" in the ** oct ****, after using ** days of this phone i faced speaker and mic problem, i visit the service center they take my information regarding phone buy bills and etc, i give the mobile bills and my phone to service provider,
Now my phone checkup process start after few mint they said the phone internal part is missing and we are not going to repairing mobile your phone is out of warranty paid charges and repair your phone.
I shocked on that time what the hell is this, company not accept his mistake they said this is yours and you paid again and make your mobile ok again, i want to know what is my mistake yaar, i bought from flipkart or i bought xiomi mobile phone ,what ? if company not able to solve this than who is liable for this.
i loss my phone loss my time loss my money and most important thing i hurt alot on that time, i want compensation of this stupid things.
and please dont buy xiomi mobile if you do not face problem which is hurtable .
